There is a wealth of biomedical information available in public life sciences and healthcare data sources. At Vyasa, we’re building the world’s first deep learning modeled catalog of these sources for natural language querying, and we have called it the Vyasa Canonical Data Fabric!
Covering over 30 million citations from 1966 to present (and some citations dating back to the early 1800s), PubMed is the definitive NCBI citation index for research in medicine and biosciences. Over 500,000 new records are added annually, including MEDLINE publications, other full-text resources, as well as links to NCBI sequencing databases. PubMed abstracts are processed separately from our PubMed Central Open Access database, so you can derive value from both databases without receiving redundant results.
PubMed Central (PMC) Open Access
Over the past twenty years, PMC has served as the digital platform for the U.S. National Institute of Health’s National Library of Medicine (NLM). PMC Open Access is the largest collection of articles available via PMC– over 5.8 million full-text articles, spanning several centuries of biomedical and life science research from the late 1700s to present.
